Fees

How engagement fees are set

Prices reflect branch count, claim volume, and whether we need on-site float counts. The figures below are starting points for planning—not a catalogue of fixed packages.

Every quote begins with a short scoping call. We ask how many branches post expenses, which categories dominate your spend, and whether an external audit window is already booked. From there we propose a fee range and a fieldwork calendar.

Engagement Starting fee What moves the number
Branch Expense Audit NT$185,000 Starting fee for networks of up to 8 branches
Approval Chain Review NT$72,000 Fixed starting fee for a single approval matrix review
Pre-Audit Prep NT$98,000 Quote adjusted to period coverage and branch count
Petty Cash Check NT$28,000 Per cluster of up to three nearby branches

Estimate factors

  • Number of branches and geographic spread across Taiwan
  • Months of claim history included in the sample window
  • Mix of paper vouchers versus digital archives
  • Need for unannounced petty cash counts
  • Rush timing ahead of an external auditor start date

What fees cover

Quoted fees include fieldwork, exception drafting, and one close-out briefing. Travel within the Taipei metropolitan area for meetings is included. Overnight travel to distant branch clusters is billed at cost when agreed in the engagement letter.

Deposits

A thirty percent deposit secures the fieldwork window. The balance is due on delivery of the exception register. See our refund terms for cancellation and rescheduling rules.
