By using this website or commissioning an engagement, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not submit a scoping request.

Services described

Pages describing networked branch expense audits, approval chain reviews, petty cash checks, and pre-external audit preparation are informational. A binding engagement arises only when both parties sign an engagement letter that states scope, fees, and timetable.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, layout, and branding elements, belongs to AutoNetArch or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written consent. Working papers delivered under an engagement remain subject to the engagement letter’s ownership and confidentiality clauses.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep fee guidance and engagement descriptions current. Figures on the fees page are starting points and may change after scoping. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website summaries.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), AutoNetArch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Liability arising from a commissioned engagement is limited as stated in the signed engagement letter and shall not exceed fees paid for that engagement unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Professional limits

Our work does not constitute a statutory audit opinion, tax advice, or legal advice unless expressly stated in writing. Findings are based on samples and evidence made available by the client.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taipei shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
