Refunds and cancellations
Eligibility rules for deposits, postponements, and work already started on expense audit engagements.

Scope
These terms apply to fees and deposits for AutoNetArch engagements: networked branch expense audits, approval chain reviews, pre-external audit expense prep, and petty cash cycle checks. This site does not sell physical products or software licences.
Deposit
A thirty percent deposit is ordinarily required to reserve a fieldwork window. The deposit is credited toward the final invoice.
Full refund eligibility
If AutoNetArch cancels an engagement before fieldwork begins, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for that engagement. If you cancel in writing more than fourteen days before the agreed start date, and no substantive preparatory work has begun, the deposit is refunded in full.
Partial refund
Cancellations between fourteen and five days before the start date generally receive a fifty percent refund of the deposit, reflecting scheduling and preparation already incurred. Cancellations inside five days, or after fieldwork has started, are ordinarily non-refundable for the deposit; completed phases may be invoiced on a time-and-materials basis as described in the engagement letter.
Non-refundable items
- Agreed third-party travel already purchased for distant branch visits
- Work completed on sampling design, voucher examination, or draft exception registers
- Close-out briefings already delivered
Rescheduling
You may request one reschedule without penalty if notice is given at least ten days before the start date and a mutually available window exists within sixty days. Further reschedules may incur a rescheduling fee stated in writing.
No-shows
If branch custodians or HQ contacts are unavailable for agreed count days or briefing slots without reasonable notice, that day may be charged as worked and a new date rebooked at additional cost.
Work already started
Once sampling design or voucher examination has begun, fees for completed stages remain payable. Unused future stages may be cancelled subject to the partial refund rules above.
Refund process and timing
Email hello@autonetarch.digital with your engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible.
