Data we collect

When you submit the contact form we process your name, email address, optional engagement interest, approximate branch count, and message content. During an engagement we may process names and contact details of client staff needed to retrieve vouchers, schedule counts, or clarify approvals.

Purposes

We use this data to respond to scoping requests, perform contracted expense audits and approval reviews, issue invoices, and meet record-keeping duties. Analytics cookies, if accepted, help us understand aggregate visit patterns.

Legal bases

We rely on steps prior to contract and performance of contract for engagement-related data, legitimate interests in operating a professional practice website, and consent where you accept optional analytics cookies.

Retention

Contact form messages are retained up to twenty-four months unless a related engagement begins, in which case records follow the retention schedule in the engagement letter (typically seven years for working papers and correspondence). Cookie preference choices remain in your browser until cleared.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with IT hosting providers that process it on our instructions, or with professional advisers when required. Branch expense evidence belonging to your organisation remains confidential under the engagement letter.

International transfers

Our primary operations and office are in Taipei, Taiwan. If a hosting or email provider processes data outside Taiwan, we take reasonable contractual steps to protect that data.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Taiwan personal data protection rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing the stored preference and revisiting the site.
